FAQs
How do you choose which books to review?
1
I primarily focus on high fantasy and epic adventures that have been released in the last few years, but I also love revisiting classics if a new movie or TV adaptation is announced. If there is a book you're overwhelmed by, let me know!
Do you review only books?
2
While books are the heart of Chapter & Claymore, I also dive deep into "Page to Screen" adaptations. I love discussing whether a series like The Witcher or House of the Dragon stays true to the source material's internal logic.
Can I suggest a book or trope for you to review?
3
Absolutely! If you’re a fellow book lover or an author, feel free to reach out via the Contact page. I love hearing what tropes you find "overwritten" or which magic systems have you confused.
Why the name “Chapter & Claymore”?
4
It represents the two halves of a great fantasy story: the Chapter (the narrative, the quiet moments, and the lore) and the Claymore (the adventure, the conflict, and the epic scale of the world).
